Jetmaster Product Warranty – Terms & Conditions
Thank you for choosing Jetmaster. We are committed to providing reliable cleaning equipment and quality after-sales support. The following warranty terms apply to Jetmaster products purchased through our authorised channels.
Warranty Coverage
1. Products Covered
Jetmaster provides warranty protection for the following household-use products:

The warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship, including faulty components, from the date of purchase.
2. Warranty Eligibility

Warranty applies only to products bought and used from our authorised distributors (Store Locator).

Products purchased from overseas retailers or used outside the intended region are not covered.

A valid proof of purchase (receipt/invoice) must be provided during claims. If the date cannot be verified, Jetmaster may refer to the product’s serial number to determine eligibility.
3. Warranty Claim Process
- To submit a warranty request:
- Provide your proof of purchase and/or Jetmaster warranty card.
- Deliver the product to an authorised service centre. Transportation or delivery costs are borne by the customer.
- Jetmaster technicians will assess the issue and determine whether the unit should be repaired or replaced.
Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from any of the following:
A. Misuse or Improper Handling

Incorrect operation, neglect, or failure to follow the product’s operating instructions.

Use of non-approved accessories, spare parts, or chemicals.

Modifying or attempting unauthorised repairs on the product.
B. External & Environmental Factors

Natural disasters such as floods, landslides, or fires.

Exposure to unsuitable storage conditions (e.g., dampness, extreme temperatures).

Impurities or debris in the water supply affecting the pump or motor of pressure washers.
C. Incorrect Installation or Power Issues

Damage caused by improper installation, mishandling, or using unsuitable extension cables.

Low or unstable voltage and other electrical irregularities.
D. Commercial or Heavy-Duty Usage

Use in commercial environments such as hostels, restaurants, laundromats, rental services, or multi-household applications.

Products designated for domestic use only that are used for business purposes.
E. Wear & Tear Items
The following are not covered under warranty as they are considered consumables:

Filters, brushes, hoses, seals, o-rings, accessories

Fan blades, cloth bags, and similar replaceable parts
